FOOD SAFETY RESEARCHER Background: The successful candidate will become a member of the Food and Nutrition Program at KISR. The aim of the program is to improve the health of the population through healthy eating, lifestyle and safe food. Major duties: To conduct applied research on probabilistic exposure using risk modeling for microbial and chemical risk assessment. Qualifications: Applicants should have a PhD, an MSc, or another appropriate academic qualification from a reputable Western university. Applicants should have a strong background in food safety with particular emphasis on risk assessment. Applicants should have demonstrated quality research and publication in refereed international journals. |
