Techno-Economic Division

The Techno-Economic Division (TED) conducts economic studies that suggest policy-oriented and tactical solutions to market and industry challenges in the Kuwaiti economy.

The future challenges are as follows:

• To strengthen the macroeconomic planning process by building scientific capacity to generate reliable forecasts of economic indicators and conduct policy impact analysis.
• To develop the private sector to support job creation for nationals through small and medium - scale enterprises SMEs).
• To introduce reforms to improve the efficiency of public and private services.
• To promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and business incubation for sustainable growth.
