The Growbox Technique

The growbox technique, developed by KISR’s DAE Program, is a novel, eco-friendly, water efficient, and economically feasible soilless production method for agriculture in particularly arid regions. The technique allows the growing medium, as well as the container, to be reused for repeated crop production, minimizing labor and time requirements. This significantly reduces production costs and encourages the profitability and sustainability of protected agriculture in Kuwait.
