Establishment of a Central Food Control Laboratory for the Kuwait Municipality

In collaboration with the Kuwait Municipality, KISR provided technical assistance for the construction of the Sate-of-the-art central food control laboratory including equipment specifications, analyses protocols, and a risk-based system for food sampling and analysis. The central food control laboratory is designed to conduct food analyses and ensure its compliance with the GCC and/or international standards.
